2021-2022 Application

Our scholarship booklet is available now! Click here to download a PDF copy. This PDF is enabled to allow you to complete your application electronically. However, we do require the application is printed out and submitted in hard copy. Digital/electronic applications will not be accepted.

We will begin accepting application submissions on January 3, 2022.

Only one application needs to be completed to be considered for all scholarships except for the Class of 1960 Scholarship, which has its own application and submission requirements. Please click here to access the application.

You may complete your application electronically; however, all applications and supporting documents must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Foundation.

Deadline for receipt of the application and all supporting documents is February 8, 2022.

2021-2022 Application Delivery Options

If you choose to mail your application and supporting documents, they must be received by February 8, 2022.

Please allow ample time for delivery by February 8, 2022. The Foundation cannot be responsible for postal delays. Early submission is encouraged. Recent changes in Post Office service standards may significantly delay delivery of mailed applications.

This year the Foundation will be offering two opportunities to turn in applications and supporting documents in-person. This option will only be available on the specific dates, times, and places listed below.

February 1, 2022: In-person drop off at 2 Carri Farm Court, Scotch Plains from 6-8pm. This address is for in-person drop off only. Do not mail applications to this address.)

February 4, 2022: In-person drop off at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School, Door 12 station. A Foundation representative will be available only from 10:53a-11:49am. Do not mail applications to the High School. Applications may NOT be dropped off at the guidance office.
